Neil Bloede

Neil Bloede is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Stantec GS, where they focus on delivering legally compliant advice across various business functions. They previously worked as Legal Counsel at Rolls-Royce, providing legal support on procurement and defense contracting matters. Neil has also held roles such as Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Deputy General Counsel, overseeing complex federal acquisitions and advising senior executives. They earned a JD from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a Master of Public Administration from the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University Bloomington.
