Previously, Muhammad held the position of Head of HSE at PT Aerofood ACS and has worked with Chevron Pacific Indonesia as an HES Managing Safe Work Field Competency Verification Coach, focusing on improving field operation competencies. Muhammad's background also includes roles as a CSMS Inspector at Star Energy and an HSE officer at PT. Besmindo Materi Sewatama. Early career experience features an internship as an HSE staff member at PT. Tiga Manunggal Syntetic. Muhammad Tamar Ramadhani earned a Sarjana Kesehatan Masyarakat degree in Public Health with a specialization in HSE from Universitas Diponegoro between 2006 and 2010.
