Dineshika Senavirathna

Dineshika Senavirathna is a Human Resources Intern at Star Garments Group since September 2023, engaging in job analysis, training and development, event management, and employee relations, among other HR functions. Previously, Dineshika worked at the Bank of Ceylon from January 2019 to September 2023, where responsibilities included maintaining customer relations and managing account activities. Dineshika is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management at the University of Ruhuna, with anticipated graduation in March 2024. Additional educational qualifications include an Advanced Certificate in HR Analytics from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, accounting qualifications from AAT Sri Lanka, and various certificates in English skills, psychology, counseling, and industrial relations.
