Sherry Cassano

Sherry Cassano serves as the Senior Vice President of People Experience for International and US Commercial at Pfizer, where responsibilities include leading HR for two major Commercial divisions and facilitating a significant organizational transformation. With extensive experience in HR leadership roles within Pfizer, Sherry has crafted and executed global HR strategies to enhance talent, leadership, and colleague engagement, overseeing a workforce of over 100,000 employees across multiple divisions. Sherry's previous positions at Pfizer include Chief Talent Officer, Senior Vice President for Global Supply and Finance divisions, and various Vice President roles focused on Human Resources across innovative business units. Prior to Pfizer, Sherry held HR roles at People's United Bank. Sherry holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Manhattanville University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Quinnipiac University.
