Paolo Castagno

Paolo Castagno has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Paolo began their career in 1989 at Burgo Group S.p.A., where they worked in planning and control until 2001. From 2001 to 2004, they served as a Finance and Administration Controller at CEBI Italy S.p.A., where they were responsible for financial management, insurance issues, and monthly reporting. Castagno then joined Diasint Italy in 2003 as a Product Holding Controller, overseeing production, administration, and finance, and preparing monthly reports for the group's consolidation.

In 2005, they joined Sav Valeriano as the CFO, reporting directly to the President and CEO and focusing on cost management, industrial control, and financial analysis. In 2018, Castagno joined STAR7 as an Executive Staff Director, responsible for special projects and M&A. In 2020, they were promoted to Executive Director until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of M&A Director and Special Project at STAR7, starting in January 2023. Additionally, Castagno became a member of the Board of Directors at Vertere S.r.l. in July 2022. Paolo also became the Amministratore Unico of STAR 7 Albania in September 2019.
