Rick Alan Wodarski

Rick Alan (Woody) Wodarski is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in human resources and people experience, currently serving as Vice President of People Experience at Starboard Group since August 2005. Throughout a successful career, Rick has held various leadership roles within the company, including Senior Director of Human Resources and Director of Shipboard Talent, among others. Prior to Starboard Group, Rick gained significant managerial experience at Pottery Barn, Sportmart, and Old Navy, where Rick Alan (Woody) served as General Manager. Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science, Political Science, and Economics from The University of Toledo.
