Kerry Gibson-Morris is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in global sourcing, brand innovation, and retail operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Direct Global Sourcing at Starbucks since April 2020, Kerry leads sourcing teams across Beverage, Food, Dairy, Packaging, Innovation, and Merchandise, focusing on innovation and margin improvement. Previously, Kerry held various leadership roles at Zulily for seven years, significantly enhancing global sourcing strategies and transforming the digital retail experience. Earlier career highlights include Vice President of Business Development at QuiBids, where a successful $500M+ gamification ecommerce model was launched, and over a decade at Amazon as Divisional Merchandise Manager, contributing to substantial revenue growth. Kerry’s career began at Costco Wholesale and Walmart, building a strong foundation in merchandise sourcing and product development. A Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business/Marketing Management was earned from the University of Puget Sound.
