Febbry Lasgon has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Febbry is currently the Head of Investments & Partnerships at STAR Capital, a leading investment holding company in Indonesia's digital ecosystem. Prior to that, Febbry worked as a VC Scout at Saison Capital and as the SVP of Payments & Financial Services at Lummo (formerly BukuKas), where they played a crucial role in accelerating Indonesian MSMEs and entrepreneurs into the digital economy. Febbry also held various positions at OVO, Lazada Group, ARA Asset Management, CapitaMalls Asia Ltd, and DBS Asset Management Ltd, where they gained expertise in category management, brand partnerships, strategic planning, and technology operations. Overall, Febbry has a strong background in business development, P&L management, and strategic projects.

Febbry Lasgon completed a Bachelor of Science degree with double majors in Information Systems Management and Supply Chain Management from Singapore Management University from 2008 to 2012. Before that, Febbry attended Methodist-2 Medan in Indonesia from 2005 to 2007, where they pursued a high school degree in the Science Stream. In addition to their formal education, Febbry has obtained various certifications, including Longmen Training & LEAP - Category Management & Leadership from Alibaba Group in 2018, Business Management - Interpreting Market Trends & Development from Workforce Singapore in 2014, Finance for Non-Finance Managers from TÜV SÜD Global Risk Consultants in 2013, and Destination Singapore (YourSingapore Ambassador) from the Singapore Tourism Board in 2013.
