Job description

Role   StarCompliance is one of the fastest growing SaaS technology companies in Compliance software and we are looking for a data-driven Demand Generation Manager with a passion for developing, managing and executing world-class ABM programs and events to expand our voice in the market, drive pipeline and accelerate the sales cycle in North America.  

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with your sales and sales development teams to develop customized, account-based marketing strategies that shine!
  • Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team leveraging data that provides insights and trends to help shape the GTM strategy in your region
  • Understand our buyer’s journey and leverage corporate campaign initiatives to build targeted, best-in-class ABX programs and events
  • Monitor, track, and report success metrics of all programs, communicating results to sales and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills, Knowledge or Experience

  • Proven success managing and executing multi-channel demand generation programs and events
  • 3 plus years years of ABM experience contributing to pipeline and deal acceleration with a B2B Enterprise sales team of 5 or more reps
  • A deep understanding of demand generation performance metrics, lead progression and conversions from early TOF marketing stages, thru the end of the sales cycle and into customer advocacy
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills who can identify trends and insights to support deal acceleration
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnel, lead progression and conversions from early TOF marketing stages thru the end of the sales cycle and into customer advocacy
  • Strong organizational skills with a sense of urgency and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (yes, you can write your own subject lines)!
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation and capable of developing robust email nurture streams to support your region
  • A team player with strong cross-functional project management skills.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for building pipeline!

Desirable Skills or Experience

  • Familiarity with a range of marketing automation and analytics tools. Hubspot, Demandbase, Google analytics and Salesforce a plus!
  • Experience marketing to financial institutions a plus.
