Pamela Potts, CPHR, PCC has extensive work experience spanning several organizations in various leadership and HR roles. Pamela is currently the Senior VP of People and Culture at StarFish Medical since July 2019. Prior to this role, Pamela was a Member of the Forbes Human Resources Council from October 2017 to October 2019. From June 2012 to July 2019, they worked at NeoSystems Corp, where they held the position of Sr. VP, Human Capital (HR) and later, VP, Learning & Development. Pamela also had a brief stint as a Faculty Member at Georgetown University in 2018. In addition to these roles, they were the Managing Partner at Acumenability, LLC in 2008. Before that, they had a long tenure at Deltek from 1994 to 2008, where they served as Sr. Director Learning & Development, Director of Training, and Manager, Curricula Design. Pamela Potts, CPHR, PCC has a diverse education history. In 1986, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from Chaminade University of Honolulu. Later, from 1990 to 1995, they pursued their Master of Science degree in Accounting at George Mason University. In 2007, Pamela earned a certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.
