Justin Sauder, CCP, GRP

Justin Sauder has extensive experience in the field of compensation and rewards. Justin began their career as an Associate Compensation Consultant at Salary.com in 2006 and worked there until 2010. Justin then joined Sun Life Financial as a Compensation Consultant from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, they moved to SuccessFactors as a Platinum Account Manager and held that role until 2014 when they transitioned to Dassault Systèmes as a Senior Compensation Analyst. In 2015, Justin joined Independent Compensation Consulting as a Compensation Consultant for a brief period before joining SAP SuccessFactors as a Functional Specialist – Total Compensation. Justin worked in this role until 2022 before joining US Acute Care Solutions as a Senior Compensation Analyst for a few months. Currently, Justin is the Director of Human Resources, Total Rewards, & Performance at STARLIMS starting from April 2023.

Justin Sauder, CCP, GRP obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Economics & Political Science from the University of Rhode Island from 2001 to 2005. Justin also has additional certifications including being a Certified Compensation Professional and a Global Remuneration Professional, both obtained from World at Work in 2007. In 2017, Justin obtained the certification of SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Compensation from SAP.
