Shannon Pitton

Shannon Pitton has a diverse work experience in the field of customer success and implementation. Most recently, they are employed by StarRez, Inc. as a Customer Success Manager since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Adirondack Solutions, Inc. for over ten years, where they held roles as an Implementation and Training Coordinator from July 2015 to October 2022, and as an Implementation Specialist from February 2011 to July 2015. Before that, they served as the Assistant Director of Housing - Operations at Colorado Mesa University from April 2006 to February 2011, and as an Assignment Coordinator in Family Housing at the University of Colorado at Boulder from July 2004 to April 2006.

Shannon Pitton obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder. Shannon attended the university from 2000 to 2004.
