Geoff Luyk is an experienced professional in customer success and sales management. Currently serving as Head of Customer Success and Onboarding Manager at Starshipit since October 2020, Geoff previously held various roles at UPS from October 2016 to October 2020, including Customer Experience Supervisor and District Sales Operations Manager, where significant contributions were made to improving customer satisfaction and leading strategic initiatives.
