Laura Modiano

Laura Modiano has extensive experience in business development and investment, particularly in the startup ecosystem across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Laura holds the position of Startups EMEA at OpenAI and serves as an Angel Investor. Previously, Laura worked at Amazon Web Services, focusing on venture capital and startups business development, as well as leading healthcare and life sciences startups within the region. Additional roles include Head of Business Development at ScreenCell and Innovation Program Manager at Sydänsairaala – Heart Hospital. Laura's education includes credentials from the University of Cambridge and Imperial College London, both obtained in 2019.
