Gene Zarra

Gene Zarra is a Technology Specialist who has been with START Treatment & Recovery Centers since November 1991. Beginning as a Technology Specialist, Gene now holds the position of Assistant Director of Information Technology. Gene observes and maintains company computers, network equipment, and software, while also collaborating with programmers to develop application modules. Gene obtained a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from City College of New York (CUNY), College of Technology (TCI).
