Lisa M. Patti

Lisa M. Patti has over 15 years of experience working in the communication and speech language fields. Lisa M. started their career as an Independent Consultant in 2005, providing customized accent reduction, intonation training, and voice improvement programs. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Speech Language Pathologist at the GIRLS PREPARATORY CHARTER SCHOOL OF NEW YORK, where they evaluated and treated school age population, created an intern program, and trained educational staff and parents. In 2011, they became an Adjunct at Marymount Manhattan College in the Communication Sciences and Disorders Department. From 2012 to 2016, they were a Speech Language Pathologist and Coordinator of Special Needs Services at the Harlem Children's Zone. In 2016, they founded C3Speech and AccentC3, where they coached and delivered workshops and 1-1 coaching for founders (startup and scale-ups) and professionals. In 2017, they became Head of Global Partnerships at Starta VC, and a Communication and Pitch Coach (Accelerator and School of C). Lisa M. also became a Culture and Engagement Coach at Techstars, and a Communication Coach In Residence at VentureOut in 2018. Lisa M. also worked as a Clinical Supervisor at Pace University from 2013 to 2017, specializing in Accent Reduction for International Students.

Lisa M. also has a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies and Minor in Business Management from St. John's University.
