Cailen Casey

Cailen Casey has a diverse work experience spanning several reputable companies. They began their career as an intern at Vico Capital in 2008, focusing on real estate private equity. In 2009, they interned at J.P. Morgan Private Bank in the Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities (FICC) department. Cailen then continued at J.P. Morgan Private Bank as an Analyst in US Taxable Fixed Income Trading from July 2010 to August 2011. They later served as a Business Management Analyst for the US Head of Fixed Income from August 2011 to January 2013. In 2013, Cailen joined J.P. Morgan as an Associate in CMBS Origination until June 2015. From June 2015 to January 2017, Cailen worked at Starwood Capital Group as an Associate in the Capital Markets team. They later progressed to Vice President for Capital Markets from February 2017 to March 2020, followed by Senior Vice President from March 2020 to February 2022. Currently, Cailen holds the role of Managing Director in the Capital Markets division at Starwood Capital Group from February 2022 onwards.

Cailen Casey attended Cornell University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in The Hotel School.
