Lynne founded Human Capital Dynamics LLC, providing consulting services to help companies align culture, talent, and strategy for business success. With a Doctor of Law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Finance from SUNY New Paltz, Lynne has a strong foundation in both legal and business principles.
