Lynne Oldham

Lynne Oldham is currently the Chief People Officer at Stash. Prior to this, they served as the Chief People Officer at Gympass, Volition Capital, and Zoom Video Communications from January 2019 to February 2022. At Televerde, they were responsible for developing comprehensive strategies in People & Leadership Development, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Employee Communications. Lynne also implemented consistent and repeatable processes for continuous improvements to the HR system that contributed to the overall business turnaround.

After completing their undergraduate degree at SUNY New Paltz, Lynne Oldham attended Seton Hall University School of Law where they earned their Juris Doctor. Lynne also holds certification from the National Association of Corporate Directors in NACD Directorship Certification and is currently working towards a Certificate in Human Capital and Effective Organizations from the University of Southern California.
