Randy Hogan

Randy Hogan has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Randy started their career at the Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of CA in 1986, where they held various roles including Classification and Audit and Policyholder Ombudsman. From 2001 onwards, they worked at the State Compensation Insurance Fund, holding positions such as Regional Underwriter, Asst. Corporate Underwriting Manager/Underwriting Supervisor, Vice President and Risk Manager, and currently as Senior Vice President & Enterprise Risk Manager. Randy's expertise spans communication, policyholder services, underwriting, and risk management.

Randy Hogan obtained a BA in Economics from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in the years 1981-1985. Randy holds additional certifications including an Associate in Insurance Data Analytics (AIDA) from The Institutes, a Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) from RIMS (Risk and Insurance Management Society, Inc.), and an Associate of Risk Management-Enterprise-Wide Risk Management from The Institutes, acquired in the years 2016 and 2013 respectively.
