Abhishek Kumar, CFA, is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in portfolio management and fixed income strategies. Currently serving as Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at State Street Global Advisors since September 2010, Abhishek leads various initiatives, including FICC ESG efforts and oversees Global Strategies across EMEA and APAC. Prior roles at the same firm include managing emerging markets debt. Abhishek's career includes experience as an Assistant Portfolio Manager at ICICI Bank UK PLC, where responsibilities included fixed income portfolio management and deal execution. A graduate of prestigious institutions, Abhishek holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Masters in Management from ESCP Business School, complemented by a CFA designation.
