Jaclyn Collier

Jackie Collier is the Chief Compliance Officer (“CCO”) of State Street Global Advisors and SSGA Funds Management, Inc. (“SSGA FM”). As CCO, she is responsible for implementing a compliance program that adheres to global regulations and supports the firm’s business functions and legal entities. Her objective is to promote a culture of risk excellence by fostering integrity-based decisions making, proactive regulatory risk mitigation, and strong partnership across the three lines of defense. Jackie is a member of the State Street Global Advisors’ Executive Management Group and the Senior Leadership Team.

Jackie offers more than 20 years of asset management experience both in compliance and compliance-related roles. She joined State Street Global Advisors (“GA”) in November 2015, bringing her compliance experience into the business to develop and implement an end-to-end control suite for sales functions that aligned with the firm’s risk tolerance. While in this role, Jackie’s remit broadened to include client onboarding in North America, as well as global responsibility for the RFP and DDQ, Global Content Management, Sales Enablement, and Presentations teams.
