Al Uluatam

Al Uluatam is a Senior Counsel at State Street Bank and Trust Company, where Al provides legal support for various commercial lending businesses. Prior to this, Al served as Senior Counsel at Bank of Scotland plc and held the position of General Counsel and Vice President at Resort Finance LLC. With a JD from Cornell Law School and a BA in Political Science and History from the University of Maryland, Al Uluatam has a strong background in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.
