Faisal Mahmood

Faisal Mahmood is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and architecture. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at State Street since September 2024, Faisal has held key roles including Solutions Architect at Newton Investment Management from May 2008 to September 2024, and Technical Consultant/Lead and Application Designer at Westpac from July 2002 to May 2008. Additional experience includes Analyst Developer at Cardlink Services Limited, Java Trainer at the University of New South Wales, and various developer roles at Sun Microsystems, Stochaston, and SNS Technologies. Faisal holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science & Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, both from the University of New South Wales.
