Pieter Visser

Pieter Visser is a seasoned professional in the financial services industry with extensive experience in operations and client delivery. Currently serving as Managing Director at State Street since March 2006, Pieter leads Global Business Integration EMEA and heads Client Delivery, overseeing strategies for back- and middle-office services to meet client needs. Previously, Pieter held leadership roles including Head of State Street Global Services in South Africa, focusing on the evolution of services and client satisfaction, and Head of Operations & Client Services, delivering comprehensive service to institutional clients. Prior experience includes the role of Custody & Fund Accounting Manager at Nedbank, where Pieter managed a team responsible for global custody and fund accounting for South African Pension Funds and Life Assurance funds. Pieter Visser holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Investment Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Management from the University of Johannesburg.
