Stacie Nunes

Stacie Nunes is an experienced academic professional currently serving as the Associate Dean of the School of Science and Engineering at SUNY New Paltz since August 2023. Nunes has a long-standing affiliation with SUNY New Paltz, having held the position of Assistant Professor since September 1984 and serving as Chair of the Department of Physics and Astronomy from September 2009 to August 2022. Nunes holds a PhD in Physics from the University at Albany and earned an MS in Physics from SUNY New Paltz. Additionally, Nunes completed a BS in Nutritional Sciences at Cornell University.
