Jim Northmore is an experienced data professional and political strategist with a robust background in various leadership roles within political campaigns and organizations. Currently serving as the Data Engineering & Spoke Community Manager at State Voices since August 2022, Jim's previous positions include Data Director at the Center for Civic Policy and Detroit Field Director for Michigan AFL-CIO. Jim has also contributed as a Senior Advisor for the DCCC/Christy Smith for Congress campaign, National Data Director of Reporting for Yang2020, and held key roles in multiple other campaigns such as Deputy Field Director for the Democratic Party of New Mexico and Field Director for Xochitl Torres Small for Congress.
