Frauke Harms

Frauke Harms has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Frauke is currently a Teamlead Governance, Risk & Compliance at Statista, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Statista as a Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager from 2022 to 2023, and as a Senior Project Lead from 2021 to 2022.

In 2020, Frauke founded www.dein-weg-zur-yoga-ausbildung.de, an online platform dedicated to educating and supporting individuals who aspire to become yoga teachers.

Before that, they were a Senior Consultant at Lumics, a joint venture between McKinsey & Company and Lufthansa Technik, from 2019 to 2020.

Frauke also gained valuable experience at thyssenkrupp Management Consulting, where they served as a Senior Consultant from 2018 to 2019, and as a Consultant from 2017 to 2018.

Frauke'scareer at thyssenkrupp began in 2009, when they joined as part of the Dual Studies Program. Frauke then progressed to roles such as Senior Internal Auditor from 2016 to 2017, and Internal Auditor from 2013 to 2016.

Frauke Harms completed their education in a chronological manner. Frauke started by pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, which lasted from 2009 to 2013. In 2012, they also briefly studied Business Administration at UCAM Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia, although no degree was specified. Later, they enrolled at Jönköping University and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Managing in a Global Context, which they completed between 2014 and 2015. Additionally, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in April 2020.
