Conor Sharpe began their work experience as a Sales Assistant at Clarks in March 2016, where they worked until March 2019. Conor then moved on to Lancaster University, where they held two roles simultaneously as a Fresher Representative and College Football Executive Committee Member from September 2018 to July 2019. In 2020, Conor was a Mathematics Tutor for the Coronavirus Tutoring Initiative from June to October, and then worked as a Global Banking Data Analyst at Gobeyond Partners from August to October. Conor later completed a Data Science Placement at Burnley Football Club from January to September 2021. Following this, Conor worked as a Junior Data Scientist at Pulselive from September 2021 to April 2022. Currently, they are employed as a Data Scientist at StatsBomb, starting in April 2022.

Conor Sharpe completed their A-Levels at York College in York, UK from 2015 to 2017. Conor then enrolled at Lancaster University, where they pursued a BSc Hons in Mathematics with a Study Abroad program from 2017 to 2020. In 2019, they had the opportunity to study at The University of Georgia for an exchange year, focusing on Mathematics and Statistics. Following their undergraduate studies, Conor continued their education at Lancaster University, completing an MSc in Data Science from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, they obtained various certifications in data science, including the Applied Data Science Capstone, Applied Data Science Specialization, Data Visualization with Python, Data Analysis with Python, and Python for Data Science and AI, all from Coursera.
