Hossein Parhizkar currently serves as the Director of Strategic Development at the Steach Institute. He has a long history of high-level management experience in the industry of our country. His most prominent experiences include technology transfer in the design, procurement, and production of machinery from companies such as Volvo Sweden, Liebherr Germany, and New Holland Italy, from 1996 to 2001.
During this period, his focus on documentation and training in the design, procurement, and production sectors were among his most significant achievements at Hepco Company. He was an active member of the Information Systems Selection Team within the company and successfully led the transformation of product information architecture during the implementation of the Oracle system in the engineering department. In this regard, over 60,000 records of design, production, and procurement information were reviewed to reduce the production and assembly time by 30% and the cost of product assembly by 20%.
He holds a master's degree in industrial engineering, with his studies primarily focusing on business development, brand strategy formulation, and customer satisfaction measurement. He received additional advanced training in industrial management at O&K Germany for 1.5 years between 1998 and 1999.
Furthermore, he has served as an industrial consultant in technology transfer for small decentralized gas power plants and CHP from STIM Company in the Czech Republic. He has also been involved in the establishment of solar energy production sites in collaboration with MKG Germany and several industrial and service companies since 2011.
