Angel Luis Arboleda

Angel Luis Arboleda is a seasoned human resources professional with over two decades of experience in recruitment, talent management, and organizational culture. Currently serving as the Senior People & Culture Manager at Steadfast Group Limited since November 2023, Arboleda previously held the position of Head of Human Resources at Deloitte from September 2012 to November 2023, where responsibilities included advising leaders on talent strategies and enhancing workplace relationships. Prior to Deloitte, Arboleda was a Human Resources Manager at Punongbayan & Araullo, overseeing recruitment and employer branding initiatives, and has held various roles focused on recruitment and corporate communication. With a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Ateneo de Manila University and an MBA from De La Salle University, Arboleda combines a strong educational background with extensive HR expertise.
