Kateryna Lytvyn

Kateryna Lytvyn has worked in a variety of roles in the finance and marketing sectors. Kateryna began their career in 2003 as a Marketing Specialist for Hydroelecs. In the same year, they took on the role of Marketing Manager for Tekhrezerv-Ukraine, where they organized the work of the presales and marketing division from scratch. From 2008 to 2018, they held the position of Head of Marketing and Key Account Manager at Telesens International, where they managed an internal marketing department and developed long-term relationships with key accounts. In 2018, they moved to DIHK as a Project Manager (international projects). Most recently, in 2020, they joined DRA e.V. as a Project and Finance Manager, where they were responsible for the financial management of an international project. In 2022, they will take on the role of Finance Team Lead at Steady.

Kateryna Lytvyn began their educational journey in 1996 at Lyceum №174 "Professional" where they studied Economics. From 1998 to 2002, they attended the University of Antwerp and obtained a BBA in Commercial Engineering. Kateryna then attended the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" from 1998 to 2004, where they earned a Master's Degree in Business Management. In 2017, Kateryna obtained certifications in IELTS from the British Counsil and TestDAF (Test Deutsch als Fremdsprache) from Das TestDAF-Institut. Kateryna then attended Berlin University of Applied Sciences Berlin (BHT) from 2017 to 2021, where they earned a M.A. in Management and Consulting.
