The executive team at SteelWave all have experience in the real estate industry. The president was previously at Legacy Partners Commercial, the vice president was at Lincoln Property Company, and the principal was at Greenbriar Homes Communities. The junior partner and chief financial officer were also previously at Lincoln Property Company. The corporate analyst is from Southern Pacific Company, and the auditor is from Deloitte, Haskins, and Sells. All of the members of the team have a background in accounting and finance, with most having studied at the University of California, Berkeley.
