Oksana Holubets

Oksana Holubets (Sheketa) has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Oksana is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Lead for Steer by Mechanic Advisor, a US automotive start-up. Prior to this, they were a YouTuber on YouTube. Oksana worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter for Unstoppable Domains, a US blockchain unicorn start-up, from October 2021 to November 2022. Oksana also served as the Head of Talent Management at Proffiz from December 2020 to September 2021. Oksana has experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Surprise.com, a fast-growing Silicon Valley start-up, from July 2020 to November 2020. Before that, they were the Founder and COO of Wisehead Hunters, where they scheduled interviews and worked with their recruiting team to improve organizational efficiency. Oksana also worked as a Recruitment Advisor at Wisehead Hunters. Oksana started their career as a Technical Recruiter at Svitla Systems, Inc. in September 2014 and worked until April 2017. Oksana also has experience as a freelance IT Recruiter during that time. Prior to that, Oksana worked as a Recruitment Specialist at ELEKS in 2014 and as a Regional Leader and Coach of the Consultancy Program at Samsung Electronics in 2013.

Oksana Holubets (Sheketa) pursued their Bachelor's degree in Documentation work and information activities from Lviv Polytechnic National University during the period of 2004-2008. Later, they continued their education at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in Management of educational establishments between 2008-2009.
