Martina Fersini has a diverse work experience in Human Resources, starting as a Front Desk Agent at Die Schweizerische Post in 1999. Martina then moved on to roles such as Event Manager and HR Manager at Casinotheater Winterthur. Martina later became an HR Manager at The Adecco Group before serving as the Personalleitung | HR Business Partner at PHOENIX Pharma Switzerland AG.
