Kien Bui Trung

Kien Bui Trung has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering, with a focus on embedded systems and connected car security. Kien started their career as an Embedded Software Engineer at FPT Software in 2015. Kien then worked at Robert Bosch Engineering & Business Solutions Vietnam as an Embedded System Engineer before joining VisualThreat, a leading connected-car security vendor, as an Embedded Software Engineer. At VisualThreat, they contributed to the development of their Vehicle Cyber Security Protection Framework (FUSE). Kien also worked at FPT Software as an Embedded Software Engineer before joining Dekunu in 2017 as an Embedded Software Engineer. In this role, they worked on developing embedded software. Kien then pursued a career as a Professional Freelancer in 2017 before joining Stel Life, Inc. in 2020 as a Software Engineer. In this role, they focused on developing BLE central and LTE network modules.

Kien Bui Trung completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology from 2010 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including a Deep Learning Specialization in November 2018. Kien also completed various online courses on Coursera, such as Algorithmic Toolbox, Algorithms on Graphs, Algorithms on Strings, Data Structures, Introduction to Data Science in Python, Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python), and Python Data Structures, all in September 2017.
