Helen Grysztar

Helen Grysztar has a diverse work experience in the field of learning and development. Helen is currently the Head of Stellantis Financial Services Learning Academy at Stellantis Financial Services since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Opel Vauxhall Finance from 2017 to 2023, where they served as the Director of Learning and Talent Development - European Operations. In this role, they defined and shaped the company's learning and development strategy, transitioning to modern learning technologies and creating a learning culture. Helen also served as the Co-chair of OVFs Women's Network, supporting the empowerment of women in STEM industries.

Before joining Opel Vauxhall Finance, Helen worked at GM Financial from 2008 to 2017. Helen held the positions of Head of Learning and Development - International Operations, where they managed a virtual team of learning consultants and led the separation and transition of the global L&D function. Prior to that, they were a Senior Learning Consultant, responsible for implementing learning strategy and managing training programs in multiple countries.

Earlier in their career, Helen worked at Jardine Lloyd Thompson as a People Development Consultant, where they designed and delivered management programs, evaluated training delivery, and established talent management and succession planning strategies. Helen also worked at National Grid, serving as a Senior Learning & Development Consultant and a Human Resources Officer, where they provided training advice, managed personnel services, and developed training programs.

Helen's work experience began at TRANSCO, where they held the role of Business Improvement Manager.

Helen Grysztar attended Kingston College from 1986 to 1987. Helen did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study during this time. In addition to their college education, Helen has obtained certifications in Succession Planning, Talent Management, and Body Language for Women from LinkedIn, with the most recent certification earned in 2020.
