Manika Uniyal has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field. Manika began their career as a Human Resources Intern at ONGC Foundation in 2021. Manika then moved to StepUpEra.com where they were a Talent Acquisition/Data Management. In 2021, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at both Blitz Jobs and Photoshooto. Her current role is as a Technical Recruiter for Stellar Consulting Solutions, LLC, which they began in 2022.

Manika Uniyal completed their BSc. in Agriculture from Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University (A Central University) between 2015 and 2019. Manika is currently pursuing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Graphic Era Hill University, which they expect to complete in 2022.
