John Siegel

John Siegel is a skilled Scientific Software Engineer with experience in C++ development and a strong focus on simulation development, high-performance computing, GUI development, and test-driven development at Stellar Science Ltd Co since May 2022. John has also contributed to graphics and image manipulation software and has experience as an intern working on a large C++ codebase. In addition, John serves as Chief Technology Officer at Umee, where innovative software solutions are created to connect communities through a full-stack mobile application utilizing technologies such as Flutter, Node.js, AWS Lambda, and AWS DynamoDB. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, with education completed in December 2023, following attendance at First Colonial High School from 2015 to 2019.
