Rick Ridgley

Rick Ridgley has extensive experience in the technology field, holding various positions throughout their career. Rick began at MITRE as a Senior Systems Engineer in 1999 before moving on to the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) in 2000. At the NRO, they served as the Technical Director for SIGINT Technology, overseeing a high-performance R&D team and managing a $100 million program. Rick also held positions as a Program Manager/Division Chief, S&T Liaison Officer, and Chief Scientist at the NRO. In 2015, they joined Stellar Solutions as a Principal Systems Engineer and later became the Chief Technology Officer. Currently, Rick is the Chief Technology Officer at Meridian Technology Systems, Inc.

Rick Ridgley began their education in 1972 at the University of Maryland, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Sciences with a minor in Electronics Engineering. Rick then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Management from Frostburg State University in 1982. In 2001, Rick attended the Defense Acquisition University for a Program Managers Course. Rick later enrolled at the Virginia Tech College of Engineering, where they studied Technology Management from 2007 to 2009. Rick completed their education at the same institution, earning a Master of Engineering degree in Engineering Administration from 2009 to 2012.
