We’re focused on growing and monetizing the world's most passionate digital audiences by recruiting high performers who know how to go for gold, work with their team, solve problems in real time, and speak up with creative ideas.

The SVP, Business Operations will support our CTO and Leagues & Federation business unit leader with managing clients and delivery operations for leagues, federations, multi-property organizations and media enterprise markets. The Leagues & Federations business unit is a cross functional team focused on solving challenges for our most technically sophisticated enterprise partners.

What You'll Do

o Assist BU Leader to lead, manage and direct account management in service of customer adoption, renewals, expansions and corporate goals including executive management, technical account management, buyer account management

o Assist BU Leader to lead, manage and direct league and enterprise product management and development to meet contracted deliveries and win market expansion and renewals

o Assist BU Leader to lead, manage and direct enterprise engagement and stakeholder management including data strategy, data governance, IT stakeholder management, compliance/security stakeholder management, programme management, change management, product customization and technical solutioning as well as custom project selling and delivery aligned to corporate and product strategy

o Assist BU Leader to lead, manage and direct enterprise delivery for our enterprise products including data loading, product configuration and training

o Ensure strategic context is understood and guides all actions inside of business units
o Collaborate with BU leader in setting and driving department vision, operations strategy,

and hiring levels
o Oversee department operations, HR, and accounting in partnership with CFO
o Support CCO in sales management, engineering and product leaders so that sufficient

resourcing and investment can be implemented for near-term growth targets
o Monitor performance and take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare

detailed updates and forecasts Key Objectives:

o Ensure delivery, project and product scope is strictly managed and negotiated internally with engineering and sales as well as externally with clients

o Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning

o Oversee department operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met

o Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention in department

o Ensure compliance with company security and operating procedures, and take appropriate action when necessary

o Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement
o Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term

objectives developed in tandem with BU Leader
o Manage capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company

achieves corporate targets for growth and profitability
o Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and

stakeholders

What We're Looking For

o Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the technology space
o Demonstrated success in managing enterprise accounts and leading teams to deliver

exceptional service, ideally with some Fortune 500 clients
o Talent in effectively navigating and influencing executive stakeholders

o Knowledge of technical account management
o Ability to establish operational frameworks for teams to work within and manage

performance accordingly
