Akshaya Pradhan, PMP®, has extensive experience in project management and operations in the field of electrical power distribution and transmission. Currently serving as the Head of Project Management & Operations at Stelmec Limited, they are responsible for driving profitability and overseeing the execution of various projects across India. With a team size of 88, they have successfully completed multiple high-voltage transmission lines and grid substation projects. Prior to this role, Akshaya Pradhan held positions at Jakson Group, Isolux Ingenieria S.A., Crompton Greaves Limited, and AREVA T&D, where they gained expertise in project planning, monitoring, and control, as well as vendor management. They have a strong background in risk assessment and mitigation, engineering coordination, and complying with organizational processes. Akshaya Pradhan, PMP®, received a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from ITER, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, completing the program from 1999 to 2003.
