Caitlin Der has had a diverse range of work experience. Caitlin started their career at Rieseberg Laboratory as a Research Assistant in 2007, followed by a role as a Research Assistant at James D. Johnson Laboratory from 2008 to 2009. In 2011, they joined STEMCELL Technologies as a Quality Control Analyst and worked their way up through various positions including Product Quality Specialist, Senior Specialist in Quality GMP, Supervisor of Quality Lifecycle Management, and Manager of Quality Lifecycle Management. Caitlin later became the Senior Quality Assurance Manager and is currently the Associate Director of Quality Assurance. Additionally, Caitlin served as the Register Chair for ASQ Vancouver from 2016 to 2018. Throughout their work experience, they have demonstrated expertise in quality assurance, regulatory oversight, change management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
