Karla Gonzalez

Karla’s background is in drug discovery. She has experience in oncology, molecular biology, and stem cell research labs and experience in both in-vitro and in-vivo systems. During her time in oncology research, she helped develop the company’s platform for immunotherapy using T-cell engagers. At a biotech startup, she co-invented key intellectual property that enabled the company to make proprietary molecules to target neuroinflammation in traumatic brain injuries. Karla has a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and will use her experience in industry to contribute to Stemson’s cell culture and surgery teams. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, and being outside with her 3 dogs.
