Michael Percival

Michael Percival has over 15 years of work experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and account management. In 2006, they began their career as a Community/Development Coach at Reading Football Club. In 2010, they moved to Yell Adworks Ltd as a Post Live Account Manager. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Visa Europe in two roles: Associate Recruiter and Recruitment Partner. During this time, they were responsible for resourcing positions within the Business Operations business unit. Michael then moved to Xerox in 2018 as a Recruitment Team Leader. In 2020, they joined Sprinklr as a Talent Acquisition Lead - Customer Success (EMEA). Most recently, they were hired as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Stenn Technologies in 2022. Stenn is a leading online platform for financing small and medium-size businesses in 74 countries.
