Nuno Couceiro

Nuno Couceiro has extensive experience in various roles within the finance and business sectors. Nuno is the Co-Founder and Board Member of Step 4 Business since March 2020. Prior to this, they founded CPWM - Corporate and Private Wealth Management in January 2014, where they served as the CEO and Founder. At CPWM, they specialized in Mergers & Acquisitions and the Purchase and Sale of Companies, as well as Corporate Finance and Private Equity. Nuno also has experience as the Chief Executive Officer of Farm Venture since January 2015 and as a Co-Founder of Semeia Ventures from January 2015 to January 2017. Additionally, Nuno served as the CEO & President of TiE Portugal from January 2014 to January 2016 and as the Executive Director of The Lisbon MBA - Católica | Nova in 2013. Nuno started their career at Banco Santander España, where they held the positions of Director Zona - Territorial Cataluña from February 2007 to September 2008 and Santander SELECT - Personal Banking from September 2008 to December 2012. Before that, Nuno worked at Banco Santander Totta as an Assessor Director Dinam. Negocios from January 2003 to December 2006 and at Santander Totta as a Gestor Empresas from August 2001 to December 2002. Nuno began their career as a Gestor Empresas at Banco BPI from May 1999 to July 2001. Lastly, Nuno undertook a program in Alternative Investments at the Harvard Business School in 2023 to enhance their understanding of investments and securities.
