Ross Radford

Ross Radford is an Education Mentor at STEP Academy Trust, mentoring student teachers and PGCE/ITT students. With a background in teaching and sports coaching, Ross also has experience as a Year 5 Teacher, Year 2 Teacher and PE Lead, and Year 4 Teacher. Additionally, Ross has held roles as a Primary School PE Teacher & Sports Coach, Franchisee at We Make Footballers, Managing Director at Kick Off Soccer Coaching, and Academy Manager at We Make Footballers Academy. Ross holds a Bachelor of Arts in Primary Education with QTS specialising in PE and has completed additional training in ‘ECT Induction Training’. Ross's passion for education and sports coaching shines through in their diverse roles and qualifications.
