Graham Baker

Graham Baker has a diverse work experience starting in 2008 as a Shift Manager at Papa John's International. Graham then worked as a Call Center Supervisor at PHEAA - Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they became a Human Resources Manager at Lowe's Companies Inc. After that, they joined Amazon as a Senior Human Resources Assistant from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they started working at The Hershey Company, where they held roles such as HR Analyst, HR Support Center Manager, and Senior Manager Benefits Administration. Graham then joined Pennsy Supply Inc. in 2022 as an HR Manager and later became the Director of Human Resources. Currently, they are the Human Resources Director at Stephenson Equipment Inc.

Graham Baker attended Messiah University from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management. In addition to their degree, Graham has earned several certifications in the field of Human Resources. Graham obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in July 2017, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in April 2019.
