Lauren Chen

Before joining Stephenson Harwood, Lauren worked in-house with shipowner, offshore manufacturer and ship managers, where she involved in a wide range of finance transactions in the marine shipping and offshore sectors.

Her experience lies in domestic and international marine transactions including shipbuilding contracts, ship sales and purchases, offshore manufacturing and installations, and structured shipping finance.

Lauren is fluent in English and Mandarin.
