Tristan Comley

Tristan Comley is the current Chief Technical Officer at StepLadder, a position they have held since September of 2020. Prior to their current role, Comley served as the Head of Product at StepLadder UK from September 2020 to September 2022. In this role, they were responsible for product and technology, including leadership of the growth team. During their time at StepLadder UK, Comley was instrumental in increasing company growth by six times through their work with the growth team. Tristan also led the development of a new web platform which increased retention, sign-up conversion and operational efficiencies.

Comley has also served as a Product Manager at Mortgage Engine and IG. In their role at Mortgage Engine, they were responsible for managing the product roadmap and delivering features to support business objectives. At IG, they managed a team of product managers and was responsible for the ideation, development and launch of new products. Tristan also created and presented product strategy plans to senior leadership.

Comley began their career as a Technical Project Manager at ICAP before moving into a Change Manager role at Santander UK Corporate & Commercial. In their role at Santander, they were responsible for leading and delivering change projects across the bank.

Comley is a skilled leader with a proven track record in increasing company growth and delivering new products to market. Tristan is an expert in project management and change management, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving results.

Tristan Comley achieved a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology with a Year in Industry from The University of Kent. Tristan also holds certifications from AXELOS Global Best Practice in both P30 Foundation and PRINCE2 Practitioner.
