Marcio Fantini

Marcio Fantini has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at StepWise since January 2019. In addition, they are an Advisory and Professor of Commercialization and Marketing at CPEA São Carlos since January 2021.

Previously, Marcio was the Founder and Associate at Neonova Consultoria em Negócios since January 2007. Marcio also founded and served as a Counselor at Rede Sinal Verde from January 2011 to November 2022. Prior to these roles, they worked as the Director of Sales at Check Express from January 2016 to January 2018, and from January 2007 to January 2011.

Earlier in their career, Marcio held the position of Gerente de Grandes Contas Varejo at Serasa from August 2001 to January 2007. Marcio also worked at VBMC Consultores as a Business Management Consultant from January 2001 to August 2001. Additionally, they gained experience as a Supervisor of Projects at Xerox do Brasil from January 1996 to January 2001.

Marcio Fantini obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Universidade São Marcos, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Later, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing from 2005 to 2006.
